These terms apply to the purchase of saunas and cold plunges on saunanordic.dk between you as a consumer and [UDFYLD: virksomhedens juridiske navn, fx Sauna Nordic ApS].
Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. The price you see when you configure is the price of the product itself. Delivery and installation are agreed and stated before you pay, so you know the total price in advance.
We reserve the right to correct typing errors and to adjust prices on products not yet confirmed to you. A confirmed price we never change.
Order and agreement
When you send an order request, it is not yet a binding agreement. We review your order, confirm delivery and installation to your address and send you a combined order confirmation with the price and payment details.
The agreement only becomes binding once we have sent you this confirmation and received your payment. Until then you may freely withdraw your request.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer ahead of production and delivery. You transfer the full amount to [UDFYLD: bankens navn] reg. [UDFYLD: reg.nr.], account [UDFYLD: kontonr.], quoting the order number you receive in the confirmation.
Your sauna only goes into production with us once the payment is registered. We do not store card details and never ask you for them.
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install the finished sauna at your address in Denmark. There is nothing to assemble. We agree the delivery time individually after a confirmed order.
You ensure there is a level, load-bearing base, access for delivery and the necessary power connection on site before we arrive. We state the specific requirements in good time. If installation is delayed by conditions at the address, we can agree a new time.
Right of withdrawal
Our saunas and cold plunges are made and adapted specifically to your order – dimensions, heater, glass sections and interior choices. Goods made to your specifications or given a clear personal character are exempt from the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. section 18(2)(3) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
This means your order is binding once it is confirmed and paid. You may always freely withdraw your order request before then.
If something is wrong (complaints)
You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It covers defects present at delivery. If you discover a fault, contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you discovered it – within two months is always considered timely.
If it is a covered defect, we repair it, replace the item or find another reasonable solution at no cost to you. Write to hej@saunanordic.dk with your order number and, ideally, photos.
Complaints to authorities
If you are not satisfied, we would like to hear it first – most things we resolve over email. If we cannot reach a solution, you can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via forbrug.dk.
If you live in another EU country, you can use the European Commission's complaints portal at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Personal data and governing law
We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy. Purchases with us are governed by Danish law. This English text is a translation for convenience; the Danish version of these terms prevails.
