How do I order?

Choose a model, configure it, and send an order request with your delivery address. We confirm delivery and installation to the address and send you an invoice.

How do I pay?

There's no payment online. You pay by bank transfer once we've confirmed delivery and installation.

Do you deliver across all of Denmark?

Yes. We deliver and install nationwide. We calculate the delivery cost from your address.

Is the price on the site final?

The price of the product itself is indicative and updates with your configuration. Delivery and installation are added on top and depend on the address. The final price is on the invoice.

What wood are the saunas made of?

Thermowood – heat-treated wood that withstands the Danish climate and keeps its shape outdoors for many years.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the model and the season. We give you an expected date when we confirm your order.

Can I cancel my purchase?

If you have questions about cancellation or returns, contact us before you order. A large, installed sauna isn't an ordinary parcel, so we'll go through the terms with you.
