We only collect what you give us yourself when you send an order request or write to us: name, address, email, optionally a phone number, and details of the sauna you want (model and your choices). If you send us an email, we keep the correspondence.

We do not collect sensitive information and never ask you for card or payment-card details.

We use the information to handle your request, plan delivery and installation and stay in touch about your order. The legal basis is performance of the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Once a purchase is completed, we keep the necessary records to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).

We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted subcontractors who help us deliver and install your sauna, and with the IT providers that run our website and email. They process the information only on our behalf and under data-processing agreements.

A few of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. If that happens, we ensure a lawful basis for transfer, for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that don't lead to a purchase we delete once they are no longer relevant. Information tied to a completed purchase we keep for up to 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.

We use only the technical cookies necessary for the website to work. We do not use cookies for marketing or tracking. If we later adopt statistics or marketing tools, we will ask for your consent first.

You have the right to access your information, have incorrect information corrected, have information deleted, object to processing and receive your information (data portability). Write to hej@saunanordic.dk and we'll help you.
